Birgit Rogell studied Biochemistry in Tuebingen, Germany, and holds a PhD from the EMBL and the University of Heidelberg, Germany. During her research studies she focused on topics and methodologies around RNA, RNA degradation machinery, translational control and RNA binding proteins. Birgit has previous working experience as Startup Coach and innovation manager at a Biotech Cluster. At Roche CustomBiotech she works as product manager in the EMEA/LATAM business unit. There she is responsible for a product portfolio of raw materials and reagents for Biopharma manufacturing, like mRNA raw materials.
