Marco Antonio Stephano has a PhD in Biochemical-Pharmaceutical Technology from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of São Paulo and a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Campinas. He was a scientific researcher and president of CIBio at the Butantan Institute, and director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control at Merial Animal Health.
Today he is a professor and researcher at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of São Paulo as well as a full member of the Brazilian Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
