Sandra M. G. Dias has a postdoctoral degree from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University (USA), a doctorate in Biomolecular Physics from the São Carlos Institute of Physics at the University of São Paulo (IFSC/USP) and a master’s degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Institute of Biology at the State University of Campinas (IB/Unicamp).
He is currently leader of the Integrative Biology Division of the National Biosciences Laboratory (LNBio) of the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), where he supervises a team of scientists dedicated to understanding the molecular processes involved in human pathogenesis, including cancer, disorders cardiovascular and neurodevelopment.
