Yes. Registrations are made per edition of the event, to control
attendance and specific programming for this edition.
For your participation to be confirmed, you must click on the link sent by email after registration.
We suggest that you add the address isi@bio.fiocruz.br to your contacts to prevent important communications sent by the organization frombeing mistakenly trapped in the firewall or forwarded to the spam folder. Having received the first emails normally, everything indicates that you willcontinue to receive them, but it is worth checking from time to time.
Eight posters will be selected for oral presentation of the work. This presentation consists of a video of up to five minutes made exclusively in English. Any of the authors can make the video presentation, however the work will only be linked to the profile of the author who submitted the abstract on the event platform. Questions and answers for the oral presentation sessions will be done in writing, live, in the session chat.
All posters approved for exhibition at ISI will have space to present their videos about their work on their poster pages in the app, along with the posters themselves.
The limit of 2250 does not include spaces.
No. It is only possible to submit/present works in registrations in the
in-person + virtual mode of the event.
No. The first author of the work must necessarily be the user who is submitting it, so it is not possible to change it.
Yes. All registrants who access the application at any time before the end of the event will receive a certificate.
Yes. After the end of the event, the entire ISI program will be
available on the application and can be accessed by registrants until the end
of this year.
