He is a Public Health Researcher at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), with a degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) and both a Master’s and PhD in Computational Modeling from the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing (LNCC).

He works at the interface of artificial intelligence, computational modeling, and public health, focusing on the development of data-driven technological solutions for complex health problems.

He has experience in artificial intelligence, metaheuristic optimization, and scientific software development, participating in interdisciplinary projects focused on technological innovation and large-scale data analysis.

His research areas include molecular modeling, ecological niche modeling for disease occurrence, and the application of machine learning and optimization methods in fields such as archaeology and robotics.

His work integrates data science, advanced computing, and public health, contributing to innovative solutions in health.

He currently serves as Public Health Researcher at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz).
