She has an extensive leadership trajectory at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), where she has held key strategic positions, including Deputy Director of Management and Market at Bio-Manguinhos/Fiocruz and Deputy Executive Director of the institution.
She is also active in governance roles, serving as Chair of the Board of Fiotec and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Molecular Biology of Paraná (IBMP).
She is a researcher in public management and a lecturer in graduate programs, including the Professional Master’s in Immunobiological Technology at Bio-Manguinhos/Fiocruz and the Professional Master’s in Public Health at the National School of Public Health (ENSP/Fiocruz).
She currently serves as Vice President of Production and Health Innovation at Fiocruz.
