He currently serves as Vice President of Research & Development at Laboratório Cristália, where he leads strategic initiatives in innovation, technological development, and scientific advancement applied to the pharmaceutical sector.
He has a strong executive background in managing complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and implementing processes aimed at improving efficiency, competitiveness, and organizational innovation capacity.
His work is characterized by a structured approach and systems thinking, integrating science, technology, and corporate strategy in the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
