Rosane Cuber holds a degree in Biomedicine from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, a PhD in Health Surveillance from the National Institute for Quality Control in Health at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She also holds specializations in Molecular Biology from the University of Brasília, and Production Engineering with an emphasis on Productivity and Quality from the National Institute of Technology and Industrial Management of Immunobiologicals at Coppe/UFRJ. She has experience in the area of Public Health, with an emphasis on Public Health, working mainly on the following topics: development of viral vaccines, yellow fever vaccine, plant-based platform, regulation, biosimilars, and biosafety. She is currently a senior technologist at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, a member of the Biological Products Committee of the Brazilian Pharmacopoeia, and of the Quality and Regulatory Advisory Board of the PDA.
